Who is the project aimed at?
PepinTEEN Hub Luxembourg is for curious, motivated young people who want to explore technology, develop new skills, and prepare for the opportunities of the future. Whether you are interested in artificial intelligence, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, communication, or leadership, PepinTEEN offers a space where you can learn by doing, collaborate with others, and gain practical experience.
The programme welcomes:
● University students and young adults aged 18–29
● Future innovators, creators, and changemakers
● Young people from all backgrounds, with a special commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities
● Teenagers aged 13–18
No previous experience is required—just curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Project Description
PepinTEEN Hub Luxembourg is an innovative educational programme that helps young people develop the digital, social, and leadership skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven society.
The project trains university students and young professionals to become facilitators and mentors, who then deliver engaging workshops for teenagers, particularly those enrolled in technical and vocational schools. Together, they explore topics such as Artificial Intelligence, data literacy, prompt engineering, communication, leadership, and financial education.
By combining technology, peer-to-peer learning, and inclusion, PepinTeen creates a safe environment where young people can build confidence, discover new opportunities, and prepare for future careers.
Special attention is given to girls and young people who have fewer opportunities to access STEM education, helping ensure that innovation and technology are accessible to everyone.

Project goals
Our NGO’s project in Luxembourg promotes volunteering and active citizenship among youth through key phases:
- Preparatory Phase: Promoting the project, recruiting the core team, and team-building.
- Needs Assessment Phase: Identifying community needs and engaging decision-makers.
- Awareness and Advocacy Phase: Showcasing needs, social media campaigns, workshops, and forming partnerships.
- Promoting Volunteering: Orientation picnic, volunteer teams, and social media challenge.
- Future Plans, Dissemination: Discussion event, closing ceremony, and dissemination activities. Through these efforts, we will empower youth to actively contribute to their communities.

By enhancing active citizenship and community engagement among youth, this project aligns with the mission of L’ Ecole Des Valeurs to foster values-based education and youth empowerment. The project supports the association’s goal of promoting inclusion, civic engagement, and multiculturalism, thereby enriching the educational landscape and empowering young individuals to actively participate in shaping their communities.
Skills obtained at the end of the project
Participants will develop a range of skills including: Identifying and addressing community needs. Expressing opinions and advocating for change. Enhancing soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership. Gaining confidence in civic engagement and community participation. - PepinTEEN Hub Luxembourg brings together education, technology and community partners to help young people develop the skills needed in an increasingly digital world.
- Led by L’École des Valeurs Luxembourg, the project combines expertise in education, Artificial Intelligence, Data and High-Performance Computing through a strategic partnership with WeSTEM+. Together, we create learning experiences that are practical, inclusive and connected to the realities of tomorrow’s workforce.
- The initiative is further supported by LuxProvide, LuxConnect, the University of Luxembourg and organisations active in the field of digital inclusion, creating a strong ecosystem around innovation, education and equal opportunities.
- PepinTEEN Hub Luxembourg is made possible through the support of the André Losch Foundation, whose commitment to education and equal opportunities helps create meaningful learning experiences for the next generation.
- The programme was originally developed by Școala de Valori and ING Hubs Romania, combining education, technology and career readiness into a practical learning experience for teenagers.

The project’s objectives align closely with L’École Des Valeurs’ mission to promote personal development and social inclusion through education. By enhancing youth workers’ leadership skills, the project strengthens their ability to mentor and inspire young people. Tailored training ensures youth workers are equipped with practical tools to support youth empowerment effectively. Focusing on inclusion, the project guarantees equal opportunities for disadvantaged participants. Ultimately, it helps build confident leaders who foster active citizenship and stronger communities, core values of the association.
Skills Obtained at the End of the Project
The project will significantly enhance the leadership capacities of 30 youth workers across six countries, enabling them to communicate effectively, build strong teams, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions. Participants will gain confidence to organize and lead more youth activities, becoming role models and mentors in their communities. The training’s focus on inclusion ensures that youth workers with fewer opportunities can fully participate and benefit. Through intercultural exchange and practical experience, the project fosters sustainable networks and innovative approaches in youth work. Ultimately, it contributes to creating a new generation of informed, motivated, and capable youth leaders who drive positive change locally and beyond.
